  While some experts claim that all PEDs should be forbidded in any sports, others suggest that many PEDs should be allowed if used safely. “Anti-doping rules are meant to end the use of ‘performance-enhancing substances.’ But that rationale makes little sense." said Yascha Mounk in his article  Ban What Is Dangerous, Legalize What Is Not. So the life there will be quite uncomfortable for the first encounters. For example, compared with developed countries, Idian's hygiene enterprise and public infrastructure are very poor. First encounters will probably feel disgusted walking on the dirty roads, and feel frustrated about the inconvenience. On the other hand, it might be hard to communicate with the low-educated people on the streets. These uniqve experiences may not seem wonderful, but they do make peolple and learn.
